AAA Steam Carpet Cleaning was started in Kitchener in 1973 by Lynne & Larry Reichert.
Starting part time with a portable Larry and his father Delmore would go door to door and clean in various neighborhoods.
Lynne would handle the phones and raise their two boys Steve & Mark.
Over the years their company grew mostly due to hard work, perseverance and great clients who appreciated this family’s dedication to honest and professional work.
Their clients quickly referred lots of new clients to AAA Steam Carpet Cleaning (Niagara).
After several years of working on this family business, part time, Larry quit his job as a truck driver and bought a truck-mounted unit He has continued to grow their company.
This company now has a staff of 25+. They also now have 3 truck-mounted units.
I (David Hahn), started working for Larry & Lynne in 1984 when they had three trucks and a staff of 5. I worked with them till 2002.
My wife, 5 kids and I moved to Niagara at the end of 2001 to start our own franchise.
I continued to work for Lynne & Larry in 2002 as our company was first starting out and as we got busier and busier I worked for them less.
My wife Carol and I started AAA Steam Carpet Cleaning here in Niagara in 2002, with one truck-mount.
We were determined to follow in Lynne & Larry’s foot steps.
We dedicated our company to provide professional, high quality work at reasonable prices. Without high pressure sales and corner cutting (that we have seen by so many others).
Carol held down the home front and our office for many years (with our seven children). We now have two teens at home and Carol is working full-time. I (Dave) work along with our cleaning techs each day out on job sites, or at our shop.
We have grown rapidly (business wise and family too). We have three truck-mounted carpet cleaning units and 1 duct cleaning unit.

When a company has the attitude that they are more important than their client, it is the client who gets shortchanged. With this in mind, we have the following motto:

Too many companies promise the moon to get the job, but then deliver next to nothing. We will tell you up front what we can do and then do it — in most cases, exceeding our promises.
If YOU are not completely pleased with our work, we ask for a second chance to make things right, and if you still do not believe that you received the most thorough cleaning, we will then refund your money.
Because bottom line is, if you are not pleased, THRILLED with our company, you will not get us back or refer us to your friends and family.
Most carpet cleaning companies sell based on price. Low price = lots of clients. The philosophy is true but with cheap prices comes – untrained staff, that is constantly changing and price becomes #1 – not the client.
Inferior or no cleaning products are used, no warranty offered to protect clients. Carpets and upholstery are often left soaked for days – damaging materials and colors. Carpets rapidly re-soil due to improper rinsing.
BOTTOM LINE: IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
The satisfaction of a cheap price is quickly replaced with the frustration of soiled and ruined carpets.

I cannot tell you how many clients have been deceived by a low-ball carpet cleaner, only to find that once they are in their homes, the price over the phone, or on the coupon, dramatically goes up for all the extras which should have been included.

We use high powered commercial truck mounts to clean Carpets, Tile & Grout, Upholstery and Area Rugs at our facility.
We have one dedicated cube van dedicated to truck mounted duct cleaning. That way we handle cleaning your Ducts, Furnace and Dryer Vents.
We also hand clean and seal Leather Upholstery and can we seal Upholstery, Carpet and Grout. We service all of Niagara – Lake to Lake.
